Working for Noble Agency was a unique experience learning a new world in the creative industry. Noble worked in a niche market positioning themselves in the Employer Branding (EB) and  Employer Value Propositioning (EVP) space with a large focus on Graduate Recruitment.

What was most exciting about the role is the was a high emphasise on not being a cookie cutter company, and a goal to always push the envelope when creating while developing clean and meaningful insights, simplifying marketing mindsets and HR challenges and delivering ideas and insights all under one roof.
